In accordance with the Offering Circular and Supplement thereto, Nandon Ltd. Master Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") is seeking to raise $250,000 from the sale of fractional Series B Limited Partnership Interests.

Each Series B Unit is valued at $10,000. Preferred return is 15% and shall be effective as of the date of Investor admission to the Partnership. Upon 'Sell Out' of the 12 condominiums the investor will receive the return of their original investment and 15% interest per year. The Partnership is planning on developing 12 luxury condominiums on two floors, (averaging 1,400 sq. ft. each), a swimming pool and entertainment area and a large roof top terrace. Within this partnership exists Title to the land, free and clear of any debt, with the Title having been Amended through the Supreme Court of Jamaica to allow for the issuing of multiple 'Strata Titles' from the parent Title (Beach Rights on each Title), Building Permit (with signed and stamped Blue Prints) for the construction of 12 units, website and brochure for the marketing of the Condominiums.
